These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website operated by JXN IV Enterprise LLC, doing business as Jackson IV Consulting (“Jackson IV Consulting,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including jacksonivconsulting.com and its associated pages, forms, content, and features (“Website”).

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. Eligibility and Acceptance

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into an agreement to use this Website.

If you use the Website on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to act on its behalf and that the organization accepts these Terms.

2. Informational Purpose

The Website provides general information about Jackson IV Consulting, our consulting services, and business topics such as strategy, operations, systems, implementation, and digital presence.

Website content is provided for general informational and educational purposes. It is not a substitute for advice tailored to your particular business, circumstances, objectives, or risks.

3. No Consultant-Client Relationship

Accessing the Website, submitting a contact form, sending an email, scheduling or participating in an introductory call, or receiving general information from Jackson IV Consulting does not create a consultant-client relationship.

A consulting engagement begins only after the parties have agreed to the scope and terms of the engagement in a written proposal, consulting agreement, statement of work, or similar written document.

Unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement, communications submitted through the public Website or ordinary email should not be considered confidential, privileged, or protected by a professional relationship.

4. Consulting Services and Engagement Agreements

Descriptions of services on the Website are general and may not include every requirement, limitation, deliverable, or condition applicable to a particular engagement.

Any consulting engagement may be subject to a separate written agreement addressing matters such as:

  • Deliverables
  • Client responsibilities
  • Fees and payment terms
  • Project schedule
  • Revisions and change requests
  • Confidentiality
  • Intellectual-property rights
  • Use of artificial intelligence
  • Cancellation or termination

If these Terms conflict with a signed consulting agreement, the signed consulting agreement will control with respect to that engagement.

5. Pricing and Availability

Prices displayed on the Website may be starting prices, introductory prices, founding-client prices, or estimates based on a defined scope.

Displayed prices do not constitute a binding offer for every project. Final fees may vary based on the desired outcome, scope, complexity, available information, required deliverables, and other engagement-specific considerations.

Jackson IV Consulting may change its services, pricing, availability, or engagement requirements at any time. Changes will not alter the price of a signed engagement unless permitted by the applicable agreement.

Submitting an inquiry or requesting a strategy call does not reserve availability or obligate Jackson IV Consulting to accept an engagement.

6. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds

Payment schedules, deposits, invoicing, cancellations, rescheduling, and refund terms will be stated in the applicable proposal, invoice, checkout page, or consulting agreement.

Unless a written agreement states otherwise, no service is considered booked until Jackson IV Consulting has accepted the engagement and any required agreement and initial payment have been received.

Fees for completed work, delivered materials, reserved capacity, or services already performed may be nonrefundable to the extent stated in the applicable agreement.

7. No Guarantee of Results

Business decisions and outcomes are affected by many factors outside the control of Jackson IV Consulting, including market conditions, competition, management decisions, implementation quality, available resources, and changes within the client’s organization.

We do not guarantee:

  • Increased revenue or profitability
  • Business growth
  • Cost reductions
  • Funding, contracts, sales, or customers
  • Specific operational improvements
  • Successful implementation of recommendations
  • Any particular financial or business outcome

Examples, strategies, recommendations, or projections are not promises of future performance. You remain responsible for your business decisions, implementation, and results.

8. Professional-Advice Disclaimer

Jackson IV Consulting provides business strategy and operational consulting within the scope described in each engagement.

Unless expressly stated in a written agreement, we do not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, financial-planning, medical, clinical, cybersecurity-certification, employment-law, or regulated human-resources advice.

You should consult an appropriately licensed or qualified professional when a decision requires specialized professional advice.

Nothing on the Website should be interpreted as creating an attorney-client, accountant-client, financial-advisor, medical-provider, or similar regulated professional relationship.

9. Artificial Intelligence and Technology-Assisted Tools

Jackson IV Consulting may use artificial intelligence and other technology-assisted tools to support research, organization, summarization, analysis, planning, and preparation of draft materials.

AI-assisted output may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or inappropriate for a particular situation. Such output is subject to human review but should not be treated as independently verified or guaranteed to be error-free.

Information submitted through the Website may be processed using technology and service providers as described in our Privacy Policy.

For consulting engagements involving confidential records, proprietary information, employee information, or other nonpublic materials, AI use may be further addressed in the applicable proposal, consulting agreement, confidentiality agreement, or other written authorization.

You should not submit medical records, financial-account credentials, passwords, government identification numbers, protected health information, or other highly sensitive information through the public Website or ordinary email.

Jackson IV Consulting will not knowingly represent AI-generated or AI-assisted work as independently verified expert analysis when it has not received appropriate human review. Federal regulators have emphasized that businesses must accurately represent their AI practices, privacy commitments, and performance claims. FTC AI business guidance

10. Information You Submit

You represent that information you provide through the Website is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to provide it.

You retain ownership of the original information and materials you submit. By submitting information through the Website, you authorize Jackson IV Consulting and its service providers to receive, store, review, and process it as reasonably necessary to:

Ownership of deliverables created during a paid consulting engagement will be governed by the applicable consulting agreement.

The Website may include links to or integrations with third-party websites and services, including WordPress.com, Automattic, Google, scheduling platforms, payment processors, or other providers.

Jackson IV Consulting does not control and is not responsible for the availability, content, accuracy, security, or privacy practices of third-party services.

Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider’s own terms and policies. A link does not necessarily constitute an endorsement.

15. Website Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Website without notice.

We do not guarantee that the Website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, current, or free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components.

We may correct errors or update Website content at any time, but we are not obligated to update every page immediately.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Jackson IV Consulting disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, noninfringement, accuracy, reliability, and availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the public Website will not exceed the amount, if any, that you paid specifically to access the Website during the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

This limitation concerns use of the public Website. Liability relating to a paid consulting engagement may be addressed separately in the applicable consulting agreement.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

18. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless JXN IV Enterprise LLC, Jackson IV Consulting, and their owners, representatives, contractors, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from:

  • Your unlawful or improper use of the Website
  • Information or materials you submit without authorization
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your infringement of another party’s rights

This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from conduct for which indemnification cannot legally be required.

19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Unless applicable law requires otherwise or a signed consulting agreement establishes a different process, disputes relating to the Website or these Terms will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Illinois.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from pursuing a remedy available under applicable law.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms as our Website, services, pricing, technology, or legal obligations change.

Revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Changes apply prospectively from the date they are posted.

Your continued use of the Website after revised Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

21. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

22. No Waiver

A failure by Jackson IV Consulting to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive the right to enforce that provision or any other provision later.

23. Entire Agreement

These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Jackson IV Consulting regarding use of the public Website.

They do not replace or modify a separately signed consulting agreement, proposal, statement of work, confidentiality agreement, or other written contract.
